Big store. Clean but didn't have the stuff I needed

Always stop at Perth Jollyes to buy a new toy for Lennon my spaniel before heading up North on holiday. He was delighted with his crunching pineapple 🍍. Service excellent as usual, staff so helpful and polite. Plenty parking even for disabled. Water at door for pooch and they are allowed in if course to peruse all the goodies.

Served by Andrew, I was asked what I had as I had got my usual bag of five for £5 dog treats. He checked the contents of the bag like he didn’t believe me, then he didn’t bother telling me that the offer wasn’t on anymore even though I’d just told him that I had got it, subsequently I thought he’d overcharged me so I went and checked all the prices and only when I told him I thought he’d overcharged me did he eventually tell me the offer wasn’t on anymore. Not the first time this person has overcharged me at the till either, not a pleasant shopping experience.

Travelled over six hours, originally wanted a crestie but left with something even cooler. Staff were amazing and very helpful, they got all the supplies I needed for my beardie! And they even offered to fill my hot water bottle and flask for the long journey home! Very happy with my service and would 10/10 recommend!

Just got a new puppy and got some great advice from store manager Stewart. Better than other well know store in town. Especially regarding puppy food and the different types and nutritional value. We will definitely be back. This is our puppy Doddie.
