Fiona was amazing, my westie had to have a cancerous lump removed which was very close to his bottom. She carried out a fabulous procedure very careful and managed to remove it sucessfully. A true credit to the practice. Thank you Fiona xx

Polite lovely staff. Update: My cats have now been seen several times by this practice. I find the vets and desk staff to all be very empathetic, efficient and supportive.

Extremely sympathetic when we took our cat to be euthanized. We were offered & given alone time at each step which was hugely appreciated. 100 percent care and compassion was given. Thank you

Do not use this vets. I specifically told them not to administer anaesthetic to my pet and they said they wouldn't do this. They understood my concerns and why I didnt want this. They said to me in any situation they would always call the pet owner and ask permission before administering anything. The only phone call I got was them calling to tell me my dog had died. When I had asked them, they admitted they didn't follow my instruction and gave my 15 month old puppy anaesthetic and now he was dead. I arranged a post mortem for my dog and as a rule the results are sent to the vet practice, they refused to tell me the results over the course of 3-4 calls. I eventually had to go into the practice and demand my paperwork for the post mortem. If you like your animal being alive, avoid at all costs.
