This place is so hard to get in touch with I understand you want to keep lines clear for emergencies but you should have a separate line for non emergencies not everyone can or wants to do online I have 7 week old pup said use would phone back I missed the call I thought you would have tried again he needs his needles I can’t carry him all the time I need to go out he’s getting g heavy everything service wise just sucks since Covid cis before the service use to be amazing

To Vet Mairi Nicolson and all the team at DUNDEE PDSA, Many many thanks for everything You have done for our 15 year old Shihtzu Suzy who We had to let go today. Because of You all Suzy and Our Family enjoyed an extra 3 years together. Heart hurt today but Mairi was caring and patient and kind. Can't thank the vet team enough. I found something wrong with my cat, and they acted so quick to resolve the problem, sadly my cat had to have surgery but the team done the best thing for her ❤️ She has been quite the thing since being home and seems to be more of herself. Again thank you all 🙏 xx

This place is a god send. All the staff are brilliant. Peace of mind as not for profit or pushy. The pdsa hospital has been fantastic with my pets. Its a very much needed service for those on low income, value sound advice and vetinary service for their beloved animals.

Friendly staff. The vet was really nice even though our dog refused to let her examine him. She watched his movements as he objected and was at least 95% sure he hadn't broken anything. She prescribed anti inflammation and pain killer medicine and advice on how to care for him in the meantime. He is now on day 4 of 10 and is already greatly improved. He wouldn't be this good if he'd broken anything so I'm glad I trusted her judgement.
