The service I received from this practice was excellent. Despite not being registered at this practice my dog was seen within 30 mins of phoning for an appointment as he had eaten discarded raw onion. I was given a choice of options and costs. The staff could not have been more helpful and understanding, and I believe they saved my dogs life. I will never use any other vets practice

I actually left a positive review at first because the vet was good with our cat. But after receiving an email invoice for £4.28 — the same amount they told me not to worry about because they had no change — I felt somewhat disappointed. It’s not about the small amount, but the principle, and they should’ve had change to begin with. I paid the balance about 1 hour later.

We have always taken our two dogs here. Easy to get an appointment and the staff are professional, courteous and friendly. They have helped us out in at least one emergency and are great with the two dogs. We signed up the to Pet Health Club and it’s a great deal throughout the year.
