Absolutely no compassion whatsoever from the blonde receptionist with glasses. Not even a step out the door after putting down your animal and she's straight onto the money. Worst customer service and lack of empathy. Absolutely disgusting attitude

I was offered caring service from the first call, even a suggestion to get to a closer vet if transport was an issue. Very sympathetic veterinary Paul. My only wee criticism is I wasn't offered to accompany my ailing guinea pig for the last time.

Phoned this morning with worry over my dog and was told if anything changed to call back. Called back and took my dog down immediately and was seen almost immediately. Dawn the receptionist was fantastic and I couldn’t thank her enough! Seen almost immediately and all questions I have were answered.

The oaks vets are a brilliant business. They make you feel comfortable in the knowledge they are looking after your fur babies. If you're anything like me and my husband and see your pets as family members, this is the vet for you. They always make sure you know exactly what's happening with your pets treatment and they're really affordable. They even have payment plans that help you ensure your pet is always cared for. Would definitely recommend. Our cats, River and Ivy approve.
