My Aunts dog was in today for teeth removal surgery and I honestly can’t praise the staff enough, from Eleanor at reception giving such a warm welcome to the vet it was a 1st class experience. His vet Georgina Everest was amazing and explained everything throughly and so was kind and caring. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone. Thank you.

We were at BDW’s flashy refurbished premises today for Miro’s monthly injection. We’ve been coming here for years. Today we were welcomed by Eleanor and Lauren, who were as always lovely and very interested in the girls - giving advice about date pits(!) and itchy ears as well as administering Miro’s cytopoint. Always excellent helpful advice and very friendly. The staff obviously love their patients. Ian, Callum, miro and Moon 😊

Cannot praise this place enough!! Would give five million stars if I could. The vets, nurses, receptionists - everyone is absolutely BRILLIANT. So friendly, so knowledgable, so kind, and they make every visit totally stress-free. I now live 40 minutes from this practice but still choose to come here because of how happy my dog is. She needed ongoing treatment after a nasty leg injury and she was still smiling and wagging her tail after every visit. A massive thank you to everyone at Hillhouse!!

We have a very caring supportive vet team here. The reception staff are always helpful and very welcoming. Great with both humans and dogs. Dora is always excited to see them and to charm the odd biscuit from them. She has some complex health issues and the team has been wonderful helping her and me. We always see the same vet (Alex) who is a very good listener and tailors her approach for our particular needs. Just a big paws up from me and Dora - thank you.

Love this vet practice! Everyone is so friendly:) with a nervous dog it is lovely to feel at ease. Staff always come over to say hi and hand out treats! Thank you for always being able to see me at such short notice 💕 Lots of love Willow/Drew 🐾
