Yesterday, my dog’s hind legs suddenly paralysed so required an emergency consultation. I rang the emergency line and was told to pop in to the clinic immediately and my dog got examined by the vet in about 10 minutes. The vet explained patiently to us every step of the examination and finally found the cause. My dog was given a jab and some medicine and his legs are now back to normal. The vet was professional and gave my dog all necessary checks from head to paws - can’t thank her enough. My special thanks to the receptionist (I forgot to ask her name), she’s always been very warm, welcoming and professional, she’ll go above and beyond to make us and my dog feel welcomed - nothing seems too much trouble for her. She’s definitely an asset to the clinic! And for an emergency consultation plus the medication, the fee we paid was reasonable. Highly recommended!

I took my dog Chester to the confidence clinic at Glenbrae because he is very nervous and was not letting vets touch him . The clinic was fantastic and all the staff were lovely and reassuring . Arlene who took the confidence clinic achieved more than I thought was possible with Chester and made the clinic an enjoyable experience . Chester and I will miss going in each week to see her .

Been here for almost 3 years, also have another family pet at the Bishopbriggs branch for about 16 years. Good vets, staff and sound advice and they genuinely care - not just after the money. Very passionate lovely people.

Arrived in the morning with no appointment as my GSD had taken ill in the early hours and the receptionist and vet could not have been better. Considerate, knowledgable and I felt very comfortable knowing my dog was in good hands. Thank you!
