I am eternally grateful for the vets and the reception for saving Tonsils life (My dwarf hamster). I was very lucky to ring up a vet with doctors that also specialised in small/exotic animals and also how kind they were on attending me at closing hours, as my hamster unfortunately suffered a bug guinea pig accident where she managed to get inside their cage and get steped on ripping her in half. Luckily they waited for me and acted fast saving my hamsters life. After her surgery she received regular check ups to see how she was doing really helped her walk normally again and get better. I amvery grateful that she never had to suffer with the medicine they gave me, she is such a sweet little hamster and now she thriving in her enclosure thanks to them đź©·đź©·đź©·

West Edinburgh Vets have been brilliant with my puppy since getting him in November. We unfortunately had to use them twice before even having the “meet and greet” and they have been wonderful. All staff are so friendly and seem to genuinely care. Signing up to their plan has been really great value. Having them on WhatsApp and having the video vet has been brilliant too- putting my mind at ease/ getting my questions answered without having needing to call or visit the vet each time. Cannot recommend them more!

A fantastic service from WEV. Even during a difficult time all the staff have been so helpful, understanding and caring. They’ve also given us excellent advice on how to deal with our cat and put up with our endless questions! We couldn’t be happier with the care and service provided.

We moved to this vet practice approximately eight months ago. We think they are fantastic and Max our dog definitely would recommend them and their biscuits! All our dogs have front leg brakes when approaching a vet pratice however Max hits the accelerator when he knows that we are going there and definitely knows the way. The staff are a delight and always there with a smile and very welcoming Manner. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I will be singing this practice’s praises forever! . I called them this morning in a panic and on the verge of tears as my cats had brought in fleas. With having a young child my anxiety was through the roof at the thought of them being in my house! although I wasn’t initially registered with the practice, and was worried about the financial implications of a vet visit, they offered to see me the same day and worked out an affordable option for me. The nurse on the phone Claire, was beyond helpful and reassuring. The vet was lovely, took his time and answered all my questions. I am very appreciative of the help I will be recommending them to all my friends and family!

A really fantastic team, from reception, nurses and vets. My cats both feel quite happy and comfortable and never in distress at this place (Pic of Nova lounging, purring and flirting with the vet!). They're very good at giving information and making sure any stress or anxieties are answered.
