Vets at Home and Heart (Mobile Service)

Hiram came out to see our cat, Eddie Bear. Initially, it was a senior cat assessment that unfortunately, turned into letting him go over the rainbow bridge. Hiram was nothing but kind, thoughtful and caring in Eddie’s final moments. I am so grateful he allowed Eddie the dignified ending he deserved.

Hiram attended our home to assist us with our 5 year old dog Ralph ,who had cancer which had spread. Hiram was a calming presence for us at this very difficult time. He explained every stage clearly & did not rush us. His presence was reassuring but not intrusive. Would recommend this service.

Where do i start with this one. I was advised by my local vet to have my precious old boy put to sleep. Prematurely in my opinion. Thank goodness Harim was recommended to me. This man is an angel on earth. As soon as he arrived, his manner, presence and love for animals made me know i made the right choice. My Mickey loved him. Harim didn't give up on mickey just yet, he helped him and i mean truly help him by giving him a comfortable life and understanding Mickeys condition so well we managed another couple of moths with the my old man🖤 i felt Harim really new Mickey and had his best interest at heart. When the time came for us to make that dreaded decision, Harim really made the process bearable. He is so nurturing and respectful it is admirable. Mickey went to sleep full of his fave treats and family around him. The hardest goodbye ever. Harim you are a wonderful human! Thank you for everything with Mickey. We will be forever grateful.

I cannot praise Hiram enough for his attention last Friday. My old dog, Jet, had come to the end of her life and needed some help at this awful time. Hiram was so incredibly compassionate and caring. The whole procedure was was handled in a most professional way. We were not rushed. He stayed for an hour. Jet was in her own home, not scared, knew nothing at all about what was going on and was delighted to spend time with this most kindly visitor. It was perfect. Thank you so much Hiram.

On behalf of my family and I, we just want to say a massive thank you to Hiram. This was the hardest thing my family and I have ever ever had to do. We were all very apprehensive, having never done anything like this before and only wanting the best for our boy Frankie. As soon as Hiram arrived, his calming presence and kind manner instantly put us all at ease. Frankie likes to take his time to get to know people but instantly got excited and wanted petted from Hiram. He was happy and kept pawing Hiram for more attention. This was a moment we knew Frankie was telling us how comfortable he was with him. This whole procedure even thouh extremely hard on our hearts, went smooth and was so peaceful for Frankie. He slipped into a beautiful sleep with a big smile on his face. Thank you so much for everything. You truly helped give Frankie the send off he deserves. Thank you for being so kind and understanding with all of us. We had a million questions and you answered every one of them with the delicacy it needed. If anyone is going through this heartbreaking time with their furbabies then my family and I recommend Hiram and at Pets at home and heart 100%
