My dogs actually like a visit to the vets! Friendly place that is always easy to deal with.

We are new clients and we have so far been so happy with the care and knowledge with our kitten. We are thankful for the treatment and urgency for clients even for the smallest matters

Took our dog in with a broken leg. Rather than examining him the vet spent 10 minutes typing up on the computer what it was going to cost us! Then tried to up sell other treatments. They also insisted on an expensive blood test on my foreign rescue dog even though she had her passport stating she had already had the test. Animal welfare seems to be low on their list of priorities.

Honestly few years back I couldn't have faulted them. Even recommended them to people but now it's all about money. The staff as a whole are amazing but since Connie left the admin side has changed. Noted on my file I'd pay a certain date after going through heart ache of having to put my dog to sleep and I've had continuous threatening letters from them. It's disgusting and they've definitely changed!!! ZERO COMPASSION FROM 1 INDIVIDUAL. Let's whole team down I'm afraid.

Great facility and the team are all fantastic! They really take an interest and show great care and enthusiasm towards the animals they see. We couldn’t be happier with the experience they provide for our German Shepherd (he gets plenty care and attention) and the guidance and expertise they share with us as first time dog owners has been so very much appreciated! Great parking availability and open space around to shake off any nervous energy or stress before or after going inside!!
