Inglis Vets Care and Save, located in Cowdenbeath, Scotland, boasts an impressive 4.7-star rating from 348 reviews, reflecting a high level of customer satisfaction. The clinic is well-regarded for its comprehensive veterinary services, including emergency care available 24/7, and it doubles as a training facility for veterinary nurses.
While the overwhelming majority of feedback is positive, indicating exceptional care and professionalism, there is one notable negative review. A recent visitor expressed dissatisfaction with the service, particularly concerning a student's involvement in their pet's nail trimming, which resulted in an injury. Despite this, it seems the clinic attempted to address the issue by waiving the fee for the nail trimming, though this was not clearly communicated to the receptionist.
The positive reviews highlight the clinic's strengths, particularly the staff's caring and attentive nature. One review praises the clinic for their handling of a dog classified as an XL bully, noting the staff's ability to make both the pet and owner feel at ease. Another review commends the thoroughness and high level of care provided by the student vets during a skin problem diagnosis. Additionally, reviewers have praised the clinic for the neat surgical outcomes and attentive post-operative care.
Overall, Inglis Vets Care and Save is recognized for its friendly and knowledgeable staff, making it a highly recommended choice for pet owners in the area. Despite a singular negative experience, the substantial number of positive reviews and high rating suggest that the clinic consistently delivers quality veterinary care.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Was not asked if student could do full inspection and then Cute nails. Waited over 25 minutes in the treatment area Only for a student to then cut the nails instead of the vet. Then, because cat pulled back her paw the student cut the skin And caused quite a lot of bleeding. I heard the vet say we will not charge for cutting the nails of the cat but this was not communicated to the receptionist

My dog went in for to be spayed. She is classed as an xl bully however the staff made such a fuss over her and treated her like any other dog and made me feel at ease leaving her. We picked her up and she’s been absolutely fine. Such a neat scar no after surgery issues at all. Even prescribed transemic acid which alot of vets need to be asked for but not the staff here. So so glad I made the decision to take her there

Our first time using this veterinary practice and I was impressed. I found the level of care and knowledge particularly high from the Student vets. The examination and diagnosis of my dogs skin problem was thorough and I was appraised of everything being checked during the consultation.

I was recently at inglis and had my 2 dogs getting their kennel cough vaccine and health check and I asked vet to cut nails and check anal glands and they did them for me. They are so friendly, and my dogs are treated so well there by staff. Highly recommend them to everyone I know or to people who ask me where I take my dogs to
