From recent reviews, owners most often describe thorough explanations during appointments (including being talked through checks during a consultation) and supportive handling of end‑of‑life visits, including a handwritten sympathy card after a pet’s death. There is also a contrasting complaint about a nail trim done by a student without the owner being asked first, resulting in a cut and bleeding and confusion over whether the nail trim would be charged.

Today my little border terrier Daisy was seen by Sophie Burdett. Sophie was amazing. Very professional and had a genuine care to listen and understand what has been going on as to why my dog was limping. She quickly got to the route of the problem advised us the next step and long term care for our little hound. Thanks Sophie a credit to Inglis Team.

The care and support provided by the whole Inglis team is nothing short of impressive. I lost my beautiful min pin Cleo recently at 14 years old. The ongoing treatment plans and medical expertise allowed Cleo to live a long and somewhat healthy life. I cannot thank you all enough for the support, care, empathy and thoughtfulness shown by every member of the Inglis Team. We received a hand written in sympathy card, and I'm touched to hear that Cleo's personality made an imprint on your hearts too. With thanks. Carolyn, Mark Sinclair 🐾

We have our kitten registered here. Staff is always lovely and accommodating. Our wee boy is always happy to get treats and hugs from the student ladies. 🥰

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Was not asked if student could do full inspection and then Cute nails. Waited over 25 minutes in the treatment area Only for a student to then cut the nails instead of the vet. Then, because cat pulled back her paw the student cut the skin And caused quite a lot of bleeding. I heard the vet say we will not charge for cutting the nails of the cat but this was not communicated to the receptionist

My dog went in for to be spayed. She is classed as an xl bully however the staff made such a fuss over her and treated her like any other dog and made me feel at ease leaving her. We picked her up and she’s been absolutely fine. Such a neat scar no after surgery issues at all. Even prescribed transemic acid which alot of vets need to be asked for but not the staff here. So so glad I made the decision to take her there
