Alex was so good diagnosing Brodie - West Highland terrier with patella problems both legs. Now my one year old boy is running about after operation and not limping. Everyone at reception are super friendly and calming.

Having had negative experiences with other vets, it is so refreshing to visit an honest and reliable vet (and team) who wants the best for your animals. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for my dogs - Alex and the team are always so welcoming, reliable and honest. Each examination is so thorough and I feel much more at ease knowing my boys are getting the best care possible.

This has to be one of the best vets I’ve ever been too. The big chain vets feel like you are just a number and you’re in and out and here is a huge bill! Alex is kind compassionate actually listens to you and genuinely cares about your pet they are also very competitively priced. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Cannot praise this practice highly enough, the level of compassion from all members is refreshing. A vet that cares and not in it for the hard sell. Alex and the team were amazing with my French bulldog until her last breath. Very respectful and to receive a lovely card from them shows the level of love they have for animals and thought for the owners. Keep up the good work. Such a lovely practice.

Alex is a very personable vet. You can feel how much he cares for the animals. He was amazing with our boy Hunter, and took excellent care of him. We lost Hunter unexpectedly, I miss him every day, I'm so glad Alex and the team were part of his life

Fantastic practice, great staff and Alex the vet shows care and compassion for the animals, as a family we will always be grateful for the send off they gave our old girl, Dizzy. We had the time needed to say goodbye to her in a very dignified and beautiful way. Nothing was too much trouble for them. And now, with our Great Dane puppy, Stoick, our macaw, blue, we know were in great hands with Alex and the team. Thanks for being awesome guys!

Thank you so much to Dr. Alex and his team!!! ❤️😍 Dr.Alex saved the life of our dog, who had a stomach twist. Our Rocky is an older dog and despite this Dr.Alex undertook the very complicated surgery. He said he would do everything in his power to save him, and he did. There's no doubt that he is a very knowledgeable, professional man, and you can trust him 100%. We are very grateful!!!❤️❤️❤️ Thanks to Dr.Alex and his team, Rocky is with us and we can enjoy him every day. We HIGHLY recommend them!!!🤩⭐️👍
