The best experience we’ve ever had with a vet surgery! A beautiful surgery with the kindest staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Whenever we have any questions we can phone or email and the team are always more than happy to help. The pet healthcare plan is brilliant, covering general health for a low monthly cost. Every appointment we’ve had, the team couldn’t have been nicer. Everything is explained, our opinions and worries taken into account and it never feels like we’re being pressured into any expensive treatments/investigations. The whole place is a breath of fresh air and I can’t recommend them enough! It’s huge relief having such a welcoming and reliable vet practice. Not only are we comfortable taking our puppy Teddy, he also loves visiting too!

I had my first visit with one of my cats today and so glad I changed! I truly thought with such a beautiful clinic it might be out of my price point, however it’s cheaper than my usual local vet! From front of house Donna was lovely and then The warmth and standard of care from the vet Mhairi was so lovely to see! I feel like I’ve made the best decision for Buddy’s care. Thank you!

The best vets I have seen and been too. It's a state of the art hospital, the interior is fantastic. The staff are all so friendly and want to do anything to help you. They are so calm in stressful situations and make you feel very relaxed and cared for. Our cat was run over and had her pelvis broken, the surgeon was so thorough with the procedure plan and options there were with us. You can tell he genuinely cared for the animals as if they were his own. We've had great phone call updates etc and they have said the night nurses will send us photos of her via email so we can see how she is. Lovely atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door.

I want to say that the staff and vets at Ferguson Vets are outstanding. We recently and tragically lost our precious tortoise Daisy. Mhairi and the reception staff were so very kind to us and looked after her to the very end for which I will always be eternally grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The Wilson Family

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our dog Mac stayed at Ferguson Vets for 10 days after a horrific accident where he was sadly run over by an artic lorry. During his stay he had two major operations – one on his pelvis and one on his hip – and the level of care he received was outstanding. The team went above and beyond to keep us reassured during such a worrying time. We received multiple updates every single day with phone calls, videos, and photos, and every night before bed we got a special update with a picture of Mac which meant the world to us. We couldn’t have asked for better treatment, both for Mac and for us as his family. The compassion, professionalism, and genuine love for animals shown by the staff was second to none. We’ll forever be grateful to Ferguson Vets for giving our boy the best possible care and helping him through such a traumatic time. Highly recommended! 🐾
