I might have been spoilt by previous vets before, but these guys are not helpful in claiming back fees from my insurance. I was used to my insurance covering the entire payment of a visit or treatment and then send me the outstanding bill. Unfortunately this practice apparently charges fees for claims (only found out because I called) and does not communicate with the insurance company.

Always helpful and full of friendly advice for any problems. Inglis vets has cared for my pets past & present with the utmost care & compassion. I can honestly say that every staff member, from receptionist to the vet nurses to vets themselves are fantastic, highly professional and work to the best standards under often difficult circumstances. I would struggle to trust anyone else with my pets as I cannot fault their service over the past 7 or 8 years of using them, from routine vaccination and health checks to their outstanding palliative care of my previous beloved rescue dog. Highly recommend.

Super friendly staff, safe environment, super clean. The vet we saw was absolutely brilliant with my dog. Even gave her a biscuit. The receptionist also gave her a biscuit. 😁 I highly recommend Inglis. Been with them for over ten years and wouldn’t go anywhere else with my Fur-Baby.
