Cannot fault very meticulous service of vet and medical procedure. However the reception and accounts staff accuracy and attitude badly let you down. Very abrupt and disinterested and condescending treatment as error on my account show a balance outstanding which I’ve been advised is incorrect. Made to feel like bad debtor.

We had an appointment for our dog's check-up but the vet he needed to see was in emergency surgery. We decided to rearrange but just as we were getting into our car, they called us back. We saw the vet who was very thorough and apologised profusely for our earlier wait. Delighted with service received.

I've read a lot of comments on various platforms about high charges for Dental's for dog's. Today my dog, a St Bernard, was booked in for a scale and polish. On speaking with the vet last week, I was pleasantly surprised! A straightforward scale and polish, including xrays is a very reasonable £350. This is irrespective of the size of dog. Of course, if your pet were to need extractions or similar, that, understandably, would be more. The care and attention Gracie received today, I absolutely can't fault. She's a big girl and lifting her on to the table, would have been no mean feat! Well done and thank you to all involved in her care today as I know there were several
