Thank you so much Provost Vets and the lovely North American(?) vet i spoke to on the phone today. My Boxer swallowed some suspicious looking fertiliser\ soil while my family were looking after him so we could go on holiday. Even though he is not resistered at your practice you saw him as an emergency with no problem at all. I am so grateful to you. Stanley is doing fine, although they’re still Keeping a close watch over him. Thank you again xx

Lovely vets. Helped us out whilst visiting St.Andrews on holiday with a little free advice and sold us some sensitive skin shampoo for our little dog suffering from a skin allergy. Thank you.

Do NOT use this practice. They nearly killed our dog! He was sent away to another vets after swallowing poison. We were eventually sent back to Provost who apologised for miscommunication. He only survived because he was so fit. They are now being investigated by the regulator (RCVS) due to gross negligence. I hope this review warns you and saves animals lives. Their excuses and accountability were shocking. They are dangerous. You have been warned.

Provost vets are brilliant I have used them for many years but today I took my wee puppy in and she got a injection know she is in a lot off pain. I had to phone them and they reassured me that she would be fine but they did give me the opportunity to contact them out of hours if I'm really worried about her which was good of them to offer that service to me .but I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to join the practice

I highly recommend Provost Vetrinary practise in St. Andrews. They staff are so genuine and nothing is ever too much trouble. We saw Cheryl today who registered my two kittens who are siblings and inoculated them and set up a date for them to be neutered and spayed. She gave me loads of information about Petplan for my kitties (I already have it for My chihuahua called Jiggy). She checked Jiggy over as he’s been under the weather. He’s never bitten anyone ever but I was still anxious. But she explained she has a chihuahua too and at the end of everything Jiggy even gave her a lick!! I truly believe there isn’t a better vet in the east Neuk of Fife than Provost.
