Fabulous vets, so glad I moved Bartosz from our previous vets. Staff are so kind and caring and show real affection for your cat. Bartosz had to have his remaining teeth removed and is recovering well. He is so much happier, and he has a very relieved mummy.Dominique is a star ⭐️🐾 and so are her staff 🥰

Our dog's epilepsy is far better controlled since changing to use Highland Health Veterinary Care. Their recommendations for dietary changes have made a difference and they immediately identified a medication that the previous practice had him on which has a risk of causing seizures. They cost is less than the previous practice we were with and their customer service is exceptional. All of the staff are friendly. The practice is spotless. You never feel rushed in a consultation. I would never go anywhere else now.

Stay well away from this vet. Peter was so rude and very obrupt, their was so much noice in the background I could not concentrate, he could have taken the phone somewhere quiater. He did not bother consultanting the vet before. Peter told me because I had not been I needed to pay £85 for a consultation My cat is not well and they don't care. This is not a holiday day 30th December its a normal working day. They did have appointments available but wanted me to pay more. I will be contacting trading standards about this. The owner called me and I told her I have now registered with another vet. She was horrible talking over me didn't listen to what I had to say.

This is a great veterinary care our lexie fell ill while we was up on holiday this week and the ladys looked after her and gave her the help she needed well recommend them if only they could be our vets down south too but thank you so much

Highland Health Vets is a truly wonderful practice. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that the whole team genuinely loves animals and is passionate about providing the best possible care. The practice itself is beautiful—clean, calming, and welcoming—which really helps during stressful visits. They’ve been looking after my dog Layla, who has been experiencing some mobility issues, and I honestly couldn’t ask for better care. The vets have been thorough, compassionate, and incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure Layla is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. What really sets this practice apart is how much they care about the owners, too. They’ve been so accommodating and understanding of my anxieties throughout this process, always offering reassurance and support when I’ve needed it most. The reception team is always friendly and helpful, and every member of staff we’ve interacted with has shown such warmth and kindness.
