As always, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Extremely disappointed with this practice and the way my complaint has been handled. I have had a £232 deposit retained following a genuine misunderstanding over an appointment date. Both myself and my partner were verbally told “next Tuesday”. The actual date was never verbally stated to either of us at any point. The practice says a confirmation email was sent, but despite me specifically requesting it, they have not provided me with a copy or evidence of this. The practice called me just 18 minutes after the appointment time they say I had agreed to, but didn’t even offer me the opportunity to attend. I was simply told my £232 was being retained. They are also relying on a 48-hour cancellation policy despite the appointment itself having been arranged less than 48 hours beforehand. It was not an emergency appointment, but I was told it was either “next Tuesday” or near the end of October. This made me feel pressured to accept the earlier appointment as I wanted to have my puppy spayed as soon as possible. I formally complained and explained the circumstances, but they have refused to refund the deposit. I find the complete lack of understanding or willingness to reach a reasonable resolution absolutely appalling. Having since read through other reviews of this practice, I’m also extremely concerned by how frequently disputes or complaints relating to charges and money appear to be mentioned by other customers. I wish I had read these reviews more carefully before continuing to use the practice. I have been bringing my dogs here for over 10 years, which makes the way this situation has been handled even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has completely destroyed my confidence in the practice and I have now moved both of my dogs elsewhere. After the way this has been handled, I absolutely would not recommend this practice.

Owned and operated by a charlatan. The owner is motivated by money rather than your pet’s welfare or needs. Misdiagnosed our dog who was lucky to survive after emergency surgery, all thanks to another vet practice correctly identifying the issue. A monthly payment plan which provides basic flea and worming, not worth the paper it’s written on. Wildly inflated prices and extortionate bills that don’t reflect quotes you’ll be given. The staff are perfectly friendly, but sadly overseen by a cowboy. Avoid this place at all costs or be prepared for expensive mistakes.

I recently had a very poorly dog, initial consultation with jantje attended by my wife, felt very cold and money focused, "we suspect this, give money now". Fortunately for my panicking wife the practice manager Veronica took charge calmed her down and explained what was happening. We both later attended a second meeting with alemu, he explained that our boy was very ill and required hospital treatment. We took him and brought him back following morning, we were sent home with meds that saved his life. We have a way to go yet and yes I would be happier if the practice delt direct with insurance like the hospital but I can't fault the staff, from Megan on reception, Veronicas honestly and care, and the genuine care that alemu has shown to my boy, I can look forward to many more years with him at my side. In short no vets are cheap, they are human, my boy honestly loves going in, no fear. Speaking with alemu, he genuinely cares about the animals under his care, I honestly think he hurts if he can't help. So thank you sir for being able to help mine.

Have been here for the Vet service and also got shopping. Every occasion the staff have been good. Plenty of items, good sized shop. Parking nearby.

dont bother phoning put you on hold to listen to there crap add for 10 mins then hang the phone up

Good vet service, making sure you get all your needs for your pet.

Got my dog castrated a few days ago, went in today to get his 3 day check up only to be 15 mins late as per usual and told by the vet he feared of infection internally and gave me antibiotics and more of his meds he was given after his surgery (free of charge) went to reception only for the young women to say that will be £42 and was honest and said I can’t afford that, can you put it on my account so I can pay next week when I come back in for his next appointment, she quickly hid the meds behind her and said well Olly won’t getting better we don’t do that, you go to a independent vet you get a bill after you get the treatment not before, where is the care for the animal here he is in pain and because I can’t afford it he has to wait that is animal neglect and cruelty here when it wasn’t my fault he has a infection internally. I went back a hour or so later only to be told that it was £32 not £42. Not the first time the receptionist had tried to over charge me when paying the last half of the operation quoting the final payment £172 to trying to charge me £250 when asked and she re calculated it, £172 was still the final quote unsure what is going on here if they make up the prices on the spot or not but I wouldn’t recommend this vet.
