It has taken me a long time to write this review because I have never got over the loss of both our cats but as I always say it's not goodbye it's until we meet again 🌈❤. I have had all our cats registered with another vet that's well known but I'm not one for bad mouthing vets who have just graduated and think they know everything when in my opinion they don't. A number of times I have questioned their diagnosis and went to Clyde Veterinary Group for a second opinion because their Vets in my opinion are first class. Some might say why not go to Clyde Veterinary Group in the first place but I have my reasons which the staff know. When we took our last cat to Clyde Veterinary Group he was seen by Vet Jenny who I explained I didn't just want our cat put to sleep if in her honest opinion he could have been saved. If need be I'd have begged or borrowed money to save him. I told Jenny that the Vet who saw him a couple of days before said to leave him another couple of weeks but when I came home both myself and my partner said no enough is enough and we took him to Clyde Veterinary Group. Jenny didn't rush in by putting him straight to sleep within minutes. She listened to what we had to say and done her own examination. It was Jenny's opinion to put him to sleep as that would be the kindest thing. Once Jenny said that our minds were made up. Jenny was very compassionate and caring when putting our boy to sleep. Once our boy was put to sleep Jenny asked us if we would like a card with his paw prints on them and two small bottles with his fur. There was no extra fee for this. All in all Clyde Veterinary Group are great Vets and I won't hesitate to take our last cat there who is a senior lady when it's her time. Lastly I thought it was a nice touch that the staff took the time to write and send out a condolence card. Thank you Vet Jenny and all the staff at Clyde Veterinary Group. Ryan and Lynne 🌈❤ xx

As is always the case, warm and friendly, only had to wait briefly which reduces Poppy's stress level and an excellent session with Eleanor, the vet. Very kind and approachable. Calum is always friendly and professional. A great veterinary practice

The vet was very caring and I was happy with her level of attention to my dog . The professionalism off the reception , nurse and vets is first class, making the visit not too tress full for my pet .

Always really friendly and accommodating and the most important part is the vets and staff are knowledgeable. They can answer any question you have there and then. I’ve had my English Bulldog at a few vets who claimed to know all about the breed when in actual fact they just ripped us off. We have just got a second EB and he loves the vet even though he was getting his vaccines done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else we trust the team in the Wishaw branch implicitly.
