Title: Time lost — and it could have been different It is with great sadness that I write this review. On Saturday I brought my cat Tosia to your clinic. I was deeply concerned — she had lost a lot of weight and was very unwell. I was hoping for a full examination, for answers, for a proper diagnosis. Instead — the tests were not completed. Rather than looking for the root cause of her illness — you treated only the symptoms. "She might get better, she might not" — that was all I was told. Just two days later, I took her to a different clinic. There, they ran full tests immediately and found exactly what was wrong — intestinal obstruction and peritonitis. By then, those two days had already made all the difference. The surgery was extremely difficult, and sadly — my beautiful Tosia could not recover. She passed away peacefully in her sleep after the operation. I do not know for certain — had she been diagnosed correctly from the start, would she have survived? But I know one thing for sure — she deserved the chance. And that chance was not given to her. Instead of treating the disease — time was wasted. And time was the one thing she had the least of. Please — treat every animal as if they were your own. They cannot tell us where it hurts. We — their loving families — rely entirely on your care, your thoroughness, and your expertise. When that falls short — the cost can be a life. My Tosia is gone. But I hope her story serves as a reminder: it is never enough to just treat what you can see. Always look for what is hidden beneath. My 1 year old mini daschund was spayed here 10 days ago. The staff were absolutely amazing, I knew walking away I had left my baby in good hands and she's made a full recovery. Every vet and staff member involved in Riverside are the most amazing, qualified and caring people. Armadale for their expertise and care on her spay. Bathgate for her continued checks and livingston for the kind vets in a past surgery and boosters. Highly recommend

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the team at the veterinary practice for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism they showed when we had to say goodbye to our beloved rabbit, Capucino. Making the decision to put a much-loved pet to sleep is incredibly difficult, but the staff were so caring and understanding throughout the entire process. They treated Capucino with dignity and gentleness and gave us the time and support we needed during such an emotional moment. Their empathy and genuine concern made a heartbreaking experience a little easier to bear, and we are very grateful for the respect and kindness they showed both to Capucino and to our family. Thank you for helping Capucino pass peacefully. We will never forget your compassion and care.

Dog was in and out of here, blindness and skin infections with no outcome...care about money! Not helping but if they done their job and one tiny bloodtest for diabetes they could have saved her years of stress and maybe she wouldnt have been fighting for her life over xmas with severe diabetes!!

Very good service, female worker behind the desk with all the tattoos is a great asset to the company as mega friendly to animals and people.
