This is a fantastic vets. We moved there almost a year ago after being dissatisfied with our previous vet, our dog walker had recommended Heritage. Since then we have just been hugely impressed. The vets, nurses and reception staff are all lovely and friendly. They are super helpful in not only helping with any issues with our dog, but also with making helpful suggestions too. Plus there is a huge amount of parking, which is incredibly useful and not the case at our previous vets. I can only recommend this place to anyone who may be thinking of moving vet. You can just tell how much the staff love animals and want to help.

This is a brilliant vets practice. Sara, Becky, Jill and all the team are wonderful, friendly and care deeply about animals. Recently, when our guinea pig fudge died, we received a lovely heart-felt card from the practice - which was deeply appreciated. As a practice, Heritage Vets are really engaged with the community and participate in lots of events. All in all, a great practice and we are very happy that they take great care of our pets

New customer and very happy with heritage vets thus far. Good opening times, and pleased with our vet Tom who explained everything and was happy to answer any questions we had about Luna’s treatment. Also very impressed by their email service who are quick to answer any queries. The vet also had water out for the dogs which was a nice touch.

Our beautiful Skye 🐈‍⬛❤️ was adorably looked after at Heritage Vets. The setting is really lovely and from the moment we stepped in the practice it felt perfect, all staff members are friendly, helpful, smiling and best of all care so much for all the animals. Skye was so relaxed and had been there before as she was a rescue cat and Heritage vets had helped look after her when at Lothian Cat Rescue. We were super impressed and happy we signed up to a health plan for Skye. Thank you Tom & Team ☺️

I had to come on and leave a review after my first experience with Heritage Vets. My Russian Dwarf Hamster had what I suspected to be a tumour. I knew that she needed to unfortunately be euthanised and the care and compassion given by Heritage was second to none. They treated her as if she was just as important as any pet that came through their doors. It was a sad day for us and they couldn't have been kinder. We even came home to a hand written sympathy card from them, which was completely unexpected and just so thoughtful. The practice itself is clean and welcoming. If I ever get any other pets, I won't hesitate to bring them to Heritage.
