Good help but expensive for pensioners. When prescribing drugs tell us what alternative drugs we could use that cost far less. Buy a prescription and get the drugs online. It's cheaper

Fantastic vets. Always got appointment on the same day I've phoned, staff are friendly and helpful. Vets seem knowledge and up to date and very caring to pets and owners and they have a cat only bit for waiting.

I am always in and out of the vets due to having a number of animals. ICR are brilliant - they really care about your pet and want to help. I've had a few complex issues in my animals and it's always looked into thoroughly and referred where needed. The staff at the practice are empathetic and professional, and I am never made to feel like I'm being a pain by asking a million questions or phoning for clarification. I feel like my animals are in good hands with ICR.

Excellent vets , friendly and helpful staff. Vets seem knowledge and up to date and very caring to pets and owners. A little pricey but most vets are. Vets do offer options. Our vet contacted us by phone to ask how we were getting on, which was thoughtful.

Absolutely fantastic vets! Very kind and attentive staff. My dog was anxious at her last vets but is made to be much more comfortable here. The prices are also very competitive. Highly recommend!
