What a fabulous team of people! Every phone call is picked up by a real person who is knowledgeable and keen to help you - it's so refreshing! We had a pet needing a titre test as quickly as possible and, despite the disruptions at the lab, Biobest worked with us to ensure we could get the test completed with a fast turnaround. The whole team is friendly, kind, helpful and professional. The company genuinely cares about offering great customer service and delivers on all its assurances. We would not hesitate to recommend their services. Thank you to all of the team ***** and especially from our cats who can be reunited shortly :)
