Thank you the whole staff in making our furry boy feel comfortable and loved, after 15yrs with Rowlf we made the decision to let him sleep, he had terminal cancer. All the staff were kind, supportive and pampered Rowlf as soon as he came in the door. The vet guided us through each stage and did not rush the process. They also made paw prints and nose prints as our 2 older children who live away from home. Thank you all for making something real hard to do, easier and celebrate Rowlf life x

Extremely friendly staff, they listened to all my questions and did not try to push any products or other things such as insurance or plans onto me. When I did ask about both products I got very honest and non biased information. Treat Ariel very well and put her at ease during the treatment and consultation.
