I have been with Hawick Vet for almost 5 years now. I am very pleased with the service I get for my 2 cats. The staff are informed, knowledgeable, supportive and helpful. I feel confident and reassured when I take my cats there. I recently signed up for the “Pet Plan” very comprehensive and good value for money. I am very satisfied with the care my cats have received.

Highly recommend this vet! We were passing Hawick on holiday when our dog became ill. Got a same day appointment with a lovely helpful vet and we've got medication to try. Staff on reception lovely too. Cost much better value than vets in England. Thank you all from us and our dog, Penny

I couldn’t fault Hawick Vets at all. They are very welcoming staff and polite and kind. The booking system is great and they always do their best to help you in any situation, they go above and beyond. Their pet care plan is so helpful too. They are so kind with my dog and patient as he can get nervous. No question or concern is too silly in their eyes!

Fantastic service as always, reception team are friendly and efficient, booking in is easy and always fit us in. Vets are all knowledgeable and brilliant, nurses are caring and attentive. Just a fab team all around. Our pets have no fears in visiting, its a warm welcoming place. We've also been on the not so nice side of pet ownership and the team were kind and thoughtful. Definitely recommend the practice.

They were 1st class when it came to looking after my cat when she was run over and unfortunately had to loose her leg. Couldn’t thank them enough, & Joey became everyone’s favourite.
