Pricing

Review comments on cost are mixed: one owner described the clinic as reasonably priced, while another was unhappy about consultation, medication, prescription and pet plan charges.

• •Recent feedback is mostly very positive, with repeated praise for friendly staff, good service and a sense that the team genuinely cares about the animals they see.
• •Owners mention care across a range of situations, including routine visits, emergencies, kitten treatment, cat aftercare, medication collection and end-of-life support for a dog.
• •The practice environment is described as clean, quiet and well organised, with especially positive comments about the surgery and reception area.
• •One negative review focused on communication and charges around a cat's urinary treatment, prescription request and pet plan value, but this sits alongside a much larger run of five-star reviews.
