Very prompt appointment. Very thorough but kind Vet although both dogs were anxious!! Were given advice about teeth and the adverse affect of treats. Overall a really good visit. I just feel in general Vets bills are expensive but the visit was not at all rushed and the Vet was very good with both dogs and took time to compliment us on their good behaviour.

Very friendly and understanding of needs of an elderly cat. However, the online system kept reminding me to make an appointment for a few weeks after I'd already made the appointment. Slightly annoying.

I can’t thank Hof enough for the care and professionalism she showed during her visits to see my horse over the weekend. His leg had become reinfected, and she came out promptly to clean and bandage it. From the very start, Hof was incredibly kind and patient, always considering my horse’s discomfort and doing her best to keep the experience as stress-free as possible for him. During the initial visit, when sedation was needed, she handled everything with calm expertise, giving the situation the time and respect it truly deserved. She worked alongside me, not just treating the leg but supporting both me and my horse through it. She returned three days later to check the dressing and assess how everything was healing. Together, we re-wrapped the leg, and again, the level of care and gentleness she showed was outstanding. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Hof enough as an equine vet. Her compassion, professionalism, and understanding make all the difference. Thank you, Hof!

Fantastic first visit and everyone from reception to the vet himself were very helpful. We came away feeling confident that we had found a great veterinary practice and look forward to many happy visits with our rescue cat Bella. The care and attention was first class.
