Staff are very friendly and professional. My dog wasn't keen on the vets after he had to go when he was sick but staff have been great and we have had social appointments where he gets lots of treats and pets to make him more comfortable there.

Lovely nurse, friendly and efficient receptionist. I am new to the area and this was my first visit. Very thorough check of dogs, who were totally relaxed during whole process. Some prescription sorted. I joined the health plan and this proved to be advantageous. Thanks!

We needed an urgent ish consultation for our 5 month old puppy. He has been having some nasty attacks of anxiety when travelling in the car. The practice in general and vet Kate were very helpful.

I have been bringing my dog to the Regenerative Therapies & Rehabilitation Department at Greenside for nearly four years, and I cannot speak highly enough about our experience there. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, capable, and truly dedicated to providing the best possible care. From the moment I see Lynda at reception, I feel reassured that my dog and I are in great hands. The nurses consistently go the extra mile to soothe my worried dog, They do a great job at educating me on how best to support my dog's recovery and they always check in with me the day after an in-patient stay. These things make a big difference to the outcomes of the care he receives. The veterinarians here are second to none — their expertise has positively changed the course of my dog's arthritis, allowing us to enjoy many more happy years together. The pain management provided at this centre, especially around the time of surgery and joint injections is exceptional. Both medications and laser therapy are used to address pain and inflammation. Yesterday, after noticing an unexplained knee swelling, I attended Greenside with my dog. The assessment and the care my dog received were thorough, compassionate, and performed to a very high standard - way beyond what I could get elsewhere. Overall, the care and attention we receive at Greenside consistently exceed my expectations. I am grateful for the exceptional service they provide and highly recommend this practice to people whose pets have known or suspected arthritis or joint injuries.
