We had to take one of our dogs in today for a cut on his leg. He gets incredibly stressed and is dog reactive so it's always a nightmare with him. But all the staff were absolutely brilliant including the vet who was very understanding. We have 3 dogs and we've been with the practice for 3 years now and never had a bad experience. All the vets we've seen, the practice nurses and the reception staff have always been fantastic.

Had a dying guinea pig that was taking seizures and paralyzed in his back legs and his head and they told me they could not see to him because he was not registered to their vets, it was an emergency and he suffered for 8 hours before sadly passing away and we now have no idea what was wrong because the vets could not see to him and tried to send me to mintlaw to get him checked when he was seizing in my arms for 8 hours and they were aware he was suffering. Absolute joke
