We had a vaccine appointment for our staffy and the vet at the appointment seemed very disinterested like he wished he could be anywhere else. Didn't want to answer simple questions and not very welcoming. They also rescheduled our appointment to the point where our dog was 2 months overdue then suggested we start the full course again instead of a booster. I would recommend going with a local vet rather than this chain. They're all about money.

Our 1st visit was good came away with pain meds and told to just call in when we run out for a repeat. When I called in to ask for more meds I was told I would need another consultation (£60) and then I could get more medication (£35) when I explained that I was told I didn't need a consultation they said i wouldn't be getting the meds without so reluctantly I booked consultation and as was almost out of meds had to pay £17 on 3rd of a dose to get us through. We went along to consultation saw tge same vet and was told I didn't need to bring him in i explained that they told me I had no choice and she noted down that I could get a 6 month repeat prescription and just had to nite only come in and ask for it but she also wavered the consultation fee which was great. However when I went out to ask for the prescription I was told they dont give them out. I said its a legal obligation they have to give me the script they said its their policy incase I doctored it!!!! I said I want it to order the meds online and I need to script i was told they could send it along when they could!!!! I called back this morning and unfortunately the call was answered by the same person on the desk that I spoke to last night. I asked to speak with the practice manager and was told they weren't availabl. I asked when would they be available to be told they were busy. I said ill call back later. I have been made to feel like a criminal asking fir a prescription slip that im legally allowed. This company is all about making money not the welfare of pets. Again this is not about the vet themselves as she was great this is about customer service

I have never had a bad experience at vets for pets Irvine, all the staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome whenever I attend, I attended today with my border terrier Otto as he was not his usual lively self. Thank you Kate & Victoria, Otto slept most of the day, and now he has eaten his food, barked at the window cleaner and back sleeping. Medication certainly helping him as looking more lively. Thanks again.

Used Vets from South Wales to the north of Scotland, but this is the best veterinary care I’ve seen by far. Everyone makes my girl feel so special every visit, she doesn’t want to leave. More than happy to recommend.

I chose to go to this vets purely on the basis of the the Pets At Home (the pet shop) where i buy my dogs Lillys Kitchen wet & dry. The staff are aleays lovely its a shame the vets staff aren’t up to the same high standard of customer service. Terrible experience with this vets, they claimed apparently they never received the history files for my dog from my previous vets who according to them sent them the files last week?! Also there is a total lack of communication between staff members, they also don’t listen, and extremely rude. . If this is their level of ‘customer service’ I dread to think how they would treat my pet…

Registered my three pets here. They have a plan which includes flea, working and vaccines - this is very worthwhile. Always able to get a hold of the girls at reception. They are always very accommodating with appointments. Only issue I’ve ever had was with booking a routine vaccine appointment - which is understandable as not urgent. If I ever have emergencies always able to get an appointment. We also booked our dog in to be spayed - was happy with the process (picture for cuteness).

Lovely friendly helpful staff who love their job! The practice is clean tidy & has a separate part for dogs & cats which is great although some owners don’t always follow this guideline. There is a customer toilet as well as a groomers. 10/10 service!
