I felt very poorly treated as a potential client and as the owner of two cats. I contacted the practice for advice regarding loose stools and wanted to purchase a simple probiotic. Unfortunately, I was told that they would not even sell me a probiotic without seeing both cats first. I also found it unprofessional that the receptionist left halfway through our conversation and handed me over to someone who was still learning the registration process. I understand the need for proper veterinary care, but this felt unnecessarily rigid and more focused on charging for consultations than helping with a minor issue. Very disappointing experience. In the end, we decided not to use their “help.” Anyway cats are fine at the moment

vets told me for months on end that my dying (now dead) cat was perfectly fine and had me paying hundreds for every visit while he was visibly declining before my eyes and you could see plain as day he was dying
