Whilst I cannot fault the process, examination and treatment of our much loved pet, the price is absolutely scandalous, I appreciate it was an out of hours appointment, however nothing can justify the price of just under £370 for a 10 minute appointment. Obviously we are truly grateful the vet was able to treat our pet, but surely vets need to be held accountable for their greedy profiteering. In current financial struggles it seems vets have a licence to print money.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and informative. Nothing was too much trouble and they were there when we needed them. But….the bigger picture of my pet’s condition was missed. Abnormal blood results not investigated further. Incorrect diagnosis made and then discharged based on this. My pet is now in ICU

During our recent visit to the Kirkcaldy Vets Now emergency clinic, I found all of the staff to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional. Their attentive approach, support and advice made the whole process, including preparation of the all important insurance claim submission, so much easier for a first time dog owner. Dog fully recovered and going well. Many thanks to all of the staff.
