Why allow online registration and appointment booking to call the next day and say they cannot take any new customers?? Allegedly they are understaffed but offer at least 10 available appointments for the week!!

Have been with them since our first dog, and we're now with our third pup and cats too. They've always been thoughtful caring helpful and very friendly and understanding. Can't praise them enough.

Fantastic veterinary practice, it takes a lot to impress me I have extremely high standards when it comes to my vet for my dogs.. this veterinary practice are for the animal, they do listen to owners and pay attention to previous vet advice, they take such good care of the animals and really no nonsense e.g took 1 in for possible ear infection the vet had a look got a cotton bud then got a bit of glass for the microscope, away into the next room 5mins later if that they came back through told me what was wrong and got the correct medicine for him and they gave him a wee 1 off paracetamol equivalent jag his ear must hurt him, they do ask you before they do these treatments you have the advice and diagnosis it's upto you what you do the vets stand neutral they cannot say. Fantastic vets understanding etc on day emergency apps available. So so impressed would highly recommend. They also have what's called a living roof which is fantastic for the environment. They're just amazing in all different ways from the receptionists to the nurses, the vets, the surgeons. Really impressed. Cannot praise this veterinary practice or staff enough

I have had my pets registered here for around 6 years now - previously a cat and now 2 dogs. The care we have received has always been exemplary, particularly when I had to have my elderly cat put to sleep. Paul was so kind and compassionate. More recently I have been in the unfortunate position of having to claim on my insurance for the first time, and Speyside have made it so easy and have dealt with everything on my behalf, which has meant I've been able to actually focus on my dog's recovery properly. Rebecca has been very attentive and thorough with him, getting to the root of the issue efficiently and keeping in touch with me over the following days about his wellbeing. It's great to feel in such safe hands, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing vets they can't do enough for you ..they put you at ease with their kindness and caring ways. They are a fantastic team and have been there for all our dogs past and present.
