Very sad day taking my Ruby to be put to sleep. We were allowed to be with her throughout. Everyone was kind and gentle. She was very unwell. We are awaiting her ashes to collect. Thank you all so much for making this process easier and inclusive. I held her while she went to sleep.

Visiting on holiday we called first thing and were given an appointment for the afternoon, The staff are very friendly and professional would recommend anyone to this practice for the pets.

Our spaniel cut her leg on barbed wire whilst we were on holiday - Friday evening and we needed a vet. . Kate Carmichael was marvellous- professional, efficient and kind ( to dog and us owners!) Did a great job in dealing with the wound and charges were reasonable too.
