Could not have any more praise for this practice. My child's hamster was heavily bleeding, after ringing my own vets four times though the day and them telling me they could not see me on an emergency, I rang Aldervale, upset and emotional asking if anyone there could help me. The receptionist was so kind and had so much empathy and they told me to bring her in. She was seen within fifteen mins of my phone call. The vet was very professional and knowledgeable and had so much compassion. She treated her with care and was very reassuring. Thanks to Aldervale our little hamster has come back home and I have a very happy little girl. I am now considering moving my two dogs and cat to Aldervale permanently as the service was A*

What an appalling service. When we finally got thought to make an apointment the lady was offish and rude. We arrived for our appointment and sat in the wainting room for 15min before finally a nurse came out and mumbled something about a situation and procedure to serve two other people. When at last we were asked to go through to (consultation) room consultation in brackets as it was in need of a dam good clean and modernising. The vet barely said 10 words and did not make you feel confident or at ease. At no time was there an apology for the wait of 40mins We won't be returning.

Absolutely useless. Family cat just went through premature labour and struggled for over 36 hrs. Called them for help and they expected £500 upfront for a c section. Cats managed to do the job itself, but the fact they wouldn't help my family with a payment plan as theyre disabled is disgusting. Dread taking my cat there in a matter of days time as its a few times they've been very unhelpful with my own pet. Do not recommend at all

The service at this vet has become a lot friendlier this past year, and I feel totally happy bringing my cat here for injections and other treatments. So far, I've not had to deal with any rude or inappropriate staff members whatsoever and have been content with all of my visits.

Having had furry friends for all of my life I can say that my experiences with these vets are nothing but positive. They are backed by a very large practice that have a wonderful animal hospital and all the facilities needed. All the vets that I have met so far have been lovely, knowledgeable and caring. All the support staff I cannot fault them. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone. 24 hour service which believe me I have called them out a few times and they have never let us down. 24 hour care in the animal centre in Market Rasen ... they have proven to us how good they are.
