We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Anne-marie and the team for the exceptional care and kindness you showed to our beloved Smilga. She passed away suddenly and without warning due to a rare heart anomaly, just as her worst eye problems seemed to be behind her. Smilga was truly one of a kind and was loved beyond words. We couldn’t have hoped for better care during her time with you. Also your support meant everything to us when she sadly passed away, and we were at a loss about who to call or what to do. We will forever be grateful for your compassion and guidance during such a devastating moment.

Our cat Ponyo attended NEVO after being referred by our vet for ongoing eye issues. Ivan was so gentle and compassionate with Ponyo and carried out a detailed and thorough examination of her eyes. Ponyo was treated that day and the issues seems to have resolved. We received a call from another lovely member of staff the following day to check-in on Ponyo. Fantastic service received for our elderly dog. Anne-Marie and her team always showed great care, compassion and understanding to our worries along the way. Everything was well explained and due to our nervousness about an operation given our dog's old age, various alternatives offered where appropriate. When an operation on the eye was the only choice remaining it was all handled professionally and sensitively with a positive outcome. Thank you to all for super service. Happy owners and happy, pain free elderly dog.
