Nurses and vet's saved my dogs life, 41.6 temperature they quickly had her on cooling mat giving her wet towels and industrial blower. She wasn't a willing patient and I was in shock peering through consultation window, Reception were perfect calm and professional. Dont think young Vet dealing with me had any input other than slowly updating itemising bill and get me to sign 2 documents. After saying I had lost my bank card I did feel that I almost treated like a couldn't pay by vet I had claimed before and contacted insurers but hey the bill was £1200+ And I was able to settle excess. I would have liked an itemising bill on departure to out of hours vet hospital..I got a mug of tap water,I think should have bottles but it is what it is What matters is my dog Canna is back to herself and thank all concerned in her emergency care. Petplan closed claim to settle in days and very efficient Thanks again

Please Please avoid this vet. Management head nurse and head vet absolutely clueless all about MONEY. Take no responsibility for there actions.

Great service from all the staff. The level of advice and treatment has always been consistently high in our experience on multiple visits with our animals. The care and compassion shown by Philippa and her team recently only reinforced our decision to use this practice.

I have only positive experiences with them. Very friendly staff. My cat is not a big fan going there but she definitely gets treated very very well there.

My dog was not well, was told the earliest I could get was 3.45 but to phone if things changed. Phoned when he collapsed at 9.40 and was told the absolute earliest vet could see him was 12.15 despite the fact I had told them he wouldn't move and it was an emergency. I asked what the vet said I should do in the mean time and was told keep an eye on him and also I could contact another vet if I wanted...lended up contacting Tower Vets who saw him immediately, even brought out a stretcher to bring him into the office! My beloved beautiful boy died 😞 and would of been in horrific pain until after 12 if it hadn't been for the wonderful staff at Tower Vets. Vets4Pets let me down and their vet gives an air of not really caring all that much from previous encounters... I'm both sad and really angry

Excellent treatment and advice given to be since joining Vets4Pets Perth. The vets Phillips, Jim and Conner couldn’t have been more helpful and reassuring with treatment provided by them for my rabbit. All staff are So friendly and welcoming. welcoming during my appointments. Very relaxed atmosphere.
