outstanding practice, with staff who genuinely love what they do, and showed exceptional care for our much adored cat'poppy' if you truly love your pet, then this is the place to take them, I have complete confidence and faith knowing my furry friend is in safe hands, even our bull was considerably less than we expected, they actually put care ahead of costs, thank you for an outstanding service

awful vets, my dog had some issues with his ear and it was getting much worse and worse all the vets were doing were giving him more of the same medication which clearly wasn’t working and they ended up leaving it to the last minute to actually do something about it and now my dog cannot stand properly without loosing his balance or falling over. Thanks!

I rang Charnwood on Tue 27/5/25 enquiring about moving my dogs to them. The lady that answered didn't seem to really know how to handle such an enquiry. She said worm and flea is dependant on weight. I know that, had dogs for 12 years. She took my details for a vet to ring me, it's now Friday 30th. So we'll give Charnwood a miss, if they can't get something basic right from the start......
