I was very hesitant to move surgery with my two dogs when I moved to cumbernauld. After travelling for years I decided to move to condorrat vets. I recently had to visit for the first time with my two dogs. Elisa was great, really thorough, caring. I got the last appointment of the night but she still took the time listen and explain, probably way over time. All the staff were lovely and friendly. Definitely recommend.

As the pets registered owner and also with her microchip being in my name this surgery and Gillian in particular has continued to insist that my dogs previous owner (my ex) is to remain on the systems. Gillian made an appointment for my dog with my ex who doesn't see her anymore or live with her, needless to say that appointment was missed as I wasn't informed. Today I've registered my dog at a new vets and Gillian is refusing to release my dogs medical records to the new surgery unless she gets permission from my ex who as previously stated isn't the dogs owner or registered keeper. Considering my dog needs an appointment at the new vets it's a complete disgrace that a so called vets won't release medical records when the registered keeper of the dog is making that request. Absolutely disgraceful!!

I was told that I would not be sold the flea and worming treatment, that my dog has received for the past 11 years, unless I book a health check at the cost of £57. Dogs are to be seen every six months and that is the fee each time. Now I’m registered with another vet and the tablets are being posted out to my home address. Much more convenient as I had to pick them up every month or so previously.

Thank you to Elisa and her team at condorrat veterinary surgery. Merlin has been through the mill lately with surgery on his back flank then a sore foot . He is back to being happy again . Such a wonderful caring helpful team . Thanks again Bry xx
