The practice is notable for its Veterinary Nurse Training facility and its provision of emergency veterinary services, available 24/7. LLEP have helped keep my mare in tip top condition for over 12 years. At the grand age of 28 she needed 3 incisors out. This was carried out by Jenny Croft to an absolute superb standard. The whole practice is kind, thoughtful and compassionate. My mare is 5 days post extraction and is thriving. Eating brilliantly and very happy. I would recommend this practice for your horse. Your horse will thank you.

Pricing structure here makes you question calling out the vets at all. Vet was asking about colic surgery before even seeing the horse, they never ended up figuring out what was wrong. Kept pushing going to the clinic for observation, when horse recovered a day later. Office was quick to send the bill the same day. It seems that you will spend 20-30% more here than competitors in the area for no better quality of service.

A truly excellent practice. I am relatively new to owning horses and the vets always take the time to thoroughly explain what is happening and my options. The team back in the office are friendly, professional and very responsive, even through the challenges of Covid. The healthy horse plan is a great option to spread the cost of routine care and is great value. Highly recommend.

Two of my horses were in the practice last week for a 2 day stay. The staff (everyone we spoke with throughout their stay) were absolutely wonderful at keeping us informed and updated on their care. We received phone calls regularly and even a video of them happy and settled at bed time. The boys both had some dental work and came home happy and completely chilled. The follow up care has also been fantastic.
