I have taken my young dogs for three appointments here now and have met several different members of staff. Everyone I have met has been kind and friendly, the reception team has been willing to talk with me about the options in making appointments and have been happy to tell me that the vets will talk about any concerns I might have when deciding the best treatment for my little ones. The people I have interacted with have all been excellent in their roles as the first people someone contacting or entering the practice will see. The vets have all been willing to take all the time that me and my two girls might need when we are in: talking with me about any concerns, taking the time to get to know the girls, and not rushing the health checks or giving vaccinations and calling for help if needed. If I have had last minute questions when they might have other appointments to begin taking they have still taken the time to do this, and those I have met on the nursing team have also been willing to talk, offer reassurance, and generally do everything they can to let me know that my little ones will be in good hands not only during appointments but if they need to go in for a procedure in future. The information both on the website and spread through the social media pages is also easily accessible and helps keep people well informed of what to expect from month to month. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any animal to this practice.

My family has been with Kingdom for over 20 years and I've been with them personally for 4 years. Kingdom vets are an amazing vet practice with lovely staff who are brilliant with my animals and myself. It's because of the actions of one of their vets my two kittens survived, I'll never forget that. They've also taken great care of my dog and my 4 cats over the years too. Fully recommend to anyone.

Vets themselves very good - however,service from the counter staff has gone downhill in last few years,sat for more than 20 mins past appt time today with no comms,no mention of running late,was near half hour wait on one of my recent visits too - had to leave without getting my dogs booster today as ran out of time and patience as well as dog stress. Will be going elsewhere with the cats and dogs from now on- been a customer for 20 years or so and counter staff service fallen off a cliff in appx last 18 months-used to be fantastic...ah well Now registered elsewhere,no issues or prolonged waiting so it can be done...
