Easter Ross Vets, located in Invergordon, Highlands, Scotland, is a veterinary clinic that also functions as a Veterinary Nurse Training facility. The clinic has a high overall rating of 4.8 stars based on 142 reviews on Google Maps, which suggests a strong level of customer satisfaction among its clientele.
The majority of reviews highlight the clinic's welcoming and engaging staff. William, a long-time dog owner, praises the reception and veterinary staff for their informative and relaxing approach. Similarly, Niamh Bowler describes Easter Ross Vets as the best practice she has experienced, emphasizing the friendliness and professionalism of the entire team. Scarlett Darbyshire also expresses gratitude to Ross and his team for their exceptional care and support, noting they treated her dog Chester as if he were their own.
However, not all experiences have been positive. Alastair Treymaine reports a severe lapse in communication concerning his dog's anti-seizure medication, resulting in significant distress for both the pet and owner. He describes a failure to respond to urgent emails and a lack of accountability, which led to his dog suffering seizures. Nic Robson shares a similarly troubling experience involving a billing issue after her puppy required specialist surgery. She recounts difficulties in transferring the bill to her name, and the subsequent receipt of debt collection letters despite having insurance coverage.
Despite these negative experiences, the overwhelmingly positive feedback and high rating indicate that Easter Ross Vets is a reputable and trusted clinic for many pet owners. The practice appears to be especially appreciated for its friendly and attentive staff, though some reviews suggest areas for improvement in communication and administrative processes.

If I could give a zero, I would. Before this, I never had a bad thing to say always positive. However, following an online request for my dogs anti seizure medication, then the following few days emails to follow up, I received no communication at all. Non. As a result my dogs medication ran out, and he began with some very disturbing seizures, multiple times, and he has never fully recovered!! He was fine before all this. Yet upon then having to call for urgent medication, explained what had also happened, the woman there admitted she had read my communications when sent, but had been 'too busy '. Too busy?? So the potential for a dog to die is NOT URGENT? ................. so no online medication arranged, two emails ignored (still never responded) I had urgently highlighted his medication cannot run out as he has fits within a few hours of not taking it yet this did not seem important enough!!!? So I had to then call again, I was told I would only be given a week's worth, and that yet again, he needs a medication review (long life medication for seizures) which means another paid appointment to have the pleasure of a few questions and the script to be allowed. Basically I cannot have the needed medication without another review. So, in a nutshell, my dogs need for his medication was not urgent to them, my concerns he will have more seizures clearly not a concern, Lucas having multiple seizures as a result of being ignored and he hasn't returned to himself at all, and they won't give him his full medication unless I pay for the pleasure of a few questions to give it him. They also ignored me when I asked to be provided the paper copy of his medication for ordering myself online!!.........so i will be seeking advice from what to do as my best friend, is a ghost of who he was and this would never have happened had staff not been 'too busy' to reply after reading all communication.

Do NOT use this vets. My puppy had an accident at home and my daughter went into hospital urgently on the same day so I asked my puppy's breeder to take him to her vet so he could recieve medical care straight away. What has ensued is months of incompetence. At first the vets refused to put the bill in my name, despite telling them that I was fully insured with thr kennel club and had opened a claim with them. My puppy required specialist surgery at a vet in Inverness (who were fantastic) but on contacting the specialist the referral had not even been put through. My breeder was then hounded for a bill that was not hers. I rang the practice 6 times trying to have the bill put into my name as it is my puppy. The breeder also rang several times to do the same. They refused to speak to me about the bill as it was not in my name. I even provided my kennel club claim number, that the claim had been approved (and had paid the specialist vet already) and all they had to do was upload the bill with my claim number to the kennel club website. Still the vets did not do this. Eventually they did transfer the bill over to my name, months after the claim had been settled. Thankfully the kennel club insurance were aware that there was an outstanding bill that this vet was not sending over because if I had not told them, the bill would not have been covered. So I recieved the invoice, finally in my name (printed the 11th of Nov). At the same time I recieved a debt collection letter from this office for the bill (dated the 15th of Nov). 4 days later I recieved another debt collection letter in red, demanding I pay in 30 days. This is despite me uploading the bill to the kennel club portal (which the vets could have done) the day I recieved the invoice. This is also despite the kennel club emailing me to tell me that they have been in touch with the vet to request more information. So rather than provide the KC with this information, they sent me another debt collection letter. I'm sure they are aware that legally a client has 30 days to pay an invoice from the date of invoice. At no point did anyone even ask if my puppy was OK, how surgey went, etc. Absolutely disgusting service and I would urge you to avoid using this practice. If they are this incompetent with their billing, what else are they incompetent with?

Thank you to Ross and his team for all your support and treatment for my dog Chester. You all went over and above to make sure my dog and I were looked after. I felt like they treated Chester just like he was their own pet. They are a very busy practice (as they are so good no doubt) but they always accommodated us. Thank you so much for making my dog well again, I really appreciate everything beyond words.
