This is the only veterinary practice I would take my animals to! The level of care, compassion and professionalism is out of this world, the treatment the staff and receptionist team give is just amazing! I have been taking my animals here for the past 3 years and would not go anywhere else. I would also like to give a massive thank you to Kerri - your care and love for animals shines and I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and support throughout a difficult time 🤍 Every single person in this practice is outstanding and remarkable and I feel so safe bringing my fur babies here, you can really see their love for animals and love for their job. Thank you all for everything.

Bogey Man Shankers

Called them regarding my dog just having puppies I had concerns about my dog so they advised I come in and made me an apple to see mum and pups. I arrived at the apple time with my 4 day old puppies and was left waiting 20mins in the freezing cold air conditioning!!! Now everyone knows that pups should be kept warm no one seemed to be in a hurry to see me. I left telling them it was crazy to have me waiting….I thought they’d have phoned to apologise but nah they couldn’t be bothered!!! So if you’re looking for a vet with your pets well-being at heart AVOID THIS PLACE!

Told me that my pet looked absolutely fine externally but failed to pick up a stage 3 heart murmur , was told he needed further blood tests for his kidney abnormalities but thankfully I took him to another vet who was much better and she diagnosed him with a heart murmur but said another blood test wasn’t necessary as she could see from the test results how bad his kidney condition was , they gave me medication to keep him comfortable this week but have told me it is likely he will need to be euthanised soon. Would not recommend Vets4Pets , go to a proper local vet in your area.

1 week ago we had to say goodbye to our Llasa Apso. The staff were so helpful and considered our feelings. Allowing us to be with our beloved pet till the end. The vets and all staff couldn't have done any more for us. We definitely recommend vets4pets. Thank you all God Bless

I recently brought my cat in for a spaying procedure and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care she received. The entire team was professional, kind, and clearly passionate about animals. They took the time to explain the whole process, answer all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. My cat recovered quickly and comfortably, which speaks volumes about the skill and attention of the veterinary staff. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I would like to say a massive thank you to Frances, who is a veterinary surgeon at Vets for Pets Hamilton. My dog was diagnosed with swelling in his mouth and had to undergo an X-ray to find the root cause. As many of you probably know, our pets are our babies, and when they’re unwell, we need that extra bit of comfort, empathy, and compassion. At my follow-up appointment, Frances went above and beyond. She made me feel at ease and showed genuine empathy and compassion toward both me and my dog. She is one of the best vets in Scotland, and it’s clear she truly cares about the animals in her care. We need more vets like Frances—she is outstanding. I would highly recommend her

Always nice friendly service but be aware of upfront payments. My dog was booked in for an X-ray for a swollen gum but thankfully after taking prescribed medication made a speedy recovery. I explained to the surgery and the vet who examined him that he no longer needed the X-ray but it would appear that my £100 deposit had been retained deeming this as a cancelled appointment. Disappointing to say the least
