What a lovely, friendly and professional staff at Bruceview Vets in Stirling. They have all been so kind and helpful when our dog Pippin hurt her paw this morning while we are here on holiday. An appointment was organised really quickly and they liaised with our vets back at home in Norfolk for Pippin’s records. Jennifer the vet is brilliant and kept Pippin very calm during the examination. The reception team are so friendly and kind. We would thoroughly recommend this practice and are really grateful that they were able to help us and Pippin today. Many thanks.

Another excellent appointment at Bruceview Vets, my dog had a lot of over excited & anxiety energy but the vet and staff were super understanding. The vet was able to complete the procedure on my dog with much empathy & patience and all successful. The reception staff were so helpful that while I paid my bill they took my dog outside to relax, definitely above and beyond and so helpful. I've been bringing my dog here for 6 years but it's getting expensive. In 2023 her annual booster was £64.00 and now in 2026 it is £72.00. that's an increase of 12.5% compared to inflation of 7.5%.

Bruceview Vets have looked after all of my cats over the years and I genuinely couldn’t ask for more from a veterinary practice. They’re not just professional, they’re compassionate and genuinely welcoming. A lot of vets say they’re animal lovers but the team at Bruceview actually show it in how they treat both the animals and their owners. They always remember my previous cats and ask about the others at home, which means a lot. When you walk in you’re not just another appointment slot. They spend time with the cat, they’re patient and they handle them with real care. Not all cats love the vets, I’ve had a few that absolutely hated going but Bruceview have always been understanding. Whether that meant rescheduling, prescribing something to ease the stress or just calmly working around a grumpy, terrified cat, they’ve always done everything they can. Sadly, part of having pets is saying goodbye. On those occasions, Bruceview have handled things with incredible sensitivity. They’ve given us space when we’ve needed it, treated our pets with dignity and supported both my wife and i through difficult moments with kindness and respect. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Our first time at Bruceview and for quite a big surgery. From the first phone call right through to the end of the surgery, collecting our baby, all the staff at Bruceview have been brilliant. Want to say a massive thank you again to Rory as he put our mind at ease immediately and the second we left our little baby in his care, we knew she was in the best hands. Again, cannot recommend enough, if we lived closer we would without a doubt love this to be our go-to vet practice.

Bruceview at Bannockburn cared so beautifully for our elderly Beagle during his last years and his last moments. So there was no question when we finally made the decision to have another dog that we would choose them again. All of the staff are truly excellent.
