Absolutely wonderful staff and service

We had to make an Emergency appointment, to have our beloved Joey examined, over the course of 48 hours, He had become very unwell.We were very fortunate to get a same morning appointment on Saturday 11th October.The receptionist Lisa, was so warm and kind and reassuring, as was Kimberly, the Veterinary Nurse. We greatly appreciated how thorough, compassionate and communicative the Vet, Laura, was. Laura kept us informed all the way through the consultation and tests and scans. Laura was very compassionate and empathetic, and very gentle with our beloved Joey. Thank you so much, for everything, and for staying well beyond your finish time, we are very grateful, Julie and Ray Harris....Joey also sends thanks and love for being so gentle and caring with Him.

Travelled upto Scotland for a 2 week holiday, and realised I'd forgot one of my dogs medication. Really couldn't go 2 weeks without her meds. She has very bad skin allergies, and would of started to lose all her fur within a few days, and be almost bald with rubbery skin by the time we got home. This would of taken at least a 2 months to get her back to normal. Spoke to my vets, back home, then spoke with struthers and Scott vets. An hour later, I'm collecting my much needed meds for my dog. This was also on a Saturday. Outstanding service, saved me a 12 hour round trip back home, which i was seriously considering. Thank you so much for your help and understanding, and for providing me with the meds my dog needed. My dog thanks you aswell.
