My cat is old (13) and became a bit wheezy I called the vet and booked him in for the next morning. He deteriorated overnight and was finding it hard to breathe, didn’t move when I came through and refused water and food. I called the vet it went to the out of hours one and asked to change the appointment to when they opened which was quite soon . This was done without fuss. I was thinking the worst at this point. We arrived and he was looked after with care. We left him to get bloods and an xray to pinpoint the issue. We were called back that morning to be told he has asthma and that he’s recovered considerably 💕. He’s home now with a course of pills and a happy boy again. I really appreciated the care and help we received at a very worrying time
