The team at kilmarnock are always so welcoming and accommodating. My border collie loves visiting to get lots of treats, especially when it’s his sister’s turn at the vets! Today Lorna even gave extra treats for my timid dog to have later,

We've been to see Pamela a lot! Having 3 dogs we're always in need of help! She is very patient, helpful, knowledgeable and explains everything we need to know. The best vet we have ever had!

I contacted Vets4Pets Kilmarnock to register my puppy who entered the UK legally with a valid passport and all required tests. I was told that he would not be accepted for registration or even allowed a basic check-up for 3 months, unless I paid £350 for repeat blood tests. These are tests he has already had (which are required before being allowed to travel) , and they asked for them without even looking at his passport. I would like to highlight, This is not a UK legal requirement and all other vets were more then happy to welcome him and give him a full check up (free of charge I would add). In those 3 months, if my puppy became unwell, he would have no access to their vets. To me, this shows no real interest in animal wellbeing, but rather a focus on unnecessary charges. I would not recommend them at all!!!!

I am always very pleased with the service from Vets for Pets Kilmarnock. They’ve seen our cats on both an emergency and routine basis and all the staff are caring, warm and professional. I switched from another practice last year and am very glad I did!

Pam, one of the vets is amazing. You can see she really does have a love for animals. It’s not just a job. She was so patient and kind when my wee cat Nox was Ill with a very sore bladder and kept us up To date at every stage of his treatment. Wonderful staff all around at Vets4Pets Kilmarnock and would 100% recommend them for every pet parent.
