Had my wee Brooks in for his first Puppy Check. Having had dogs all my life (I'm now 60) I can attest to the MBM Vets at Mauchline as being the best experience I have had with a Vets Clinic. Staff were professional, courteous, and friendly, but perhaps more importantly they were so good with my wee puppy. Big shout out to Jim and Gabby, who with their calm and warm demeanour settled him down nicely. No drama from Brooks, no fuss. In fact I think he enjoyed it!

I cannot thank the team at MBM Veterinary Group enough for the compassion and respect they showed us during one of the hardest moments - saying goodbye to our beloved cat. Although we hadn’t been to the clinic before, the care we received felt truly personal and heartfelt. The staff gently walked us through the entire process, gave us all the time we needed, and never rushed us. Their patience and understanding meant the world. I was overwhelmed by how respectful and peaceful everything was handled. They also provided some lovely memorabilia, which we deeply appreciate and will treasure. In such a painful moment, their kindness made a real difference. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Never had a problem with MBM vets, few times we been advised how to save money for treatments. Let's me see they aren't just out for the money. Fantastic vets, would highly recommend.

I hate this place with a passion!! After having an issue with my eldests dogs insurance we had stacked up a hefty bulk bill expecting insurance to cover it. We ended up having to pay it up. With no notice and after seeing the dog again numerous times due to her severely ill condition they refused to see her today. They removed her and didn’t let us know. I wish that was the worst…….. We lost our big dogue de Bordeaux and had been advised previously that they could keep him in cold holding until his grave was ready, fast forward a week the time came and he passed. He was then left in a room overnight wrapped in a cable tied red plastic bag. Looked like a bag of rubbish an image that will haunt me forever! They need to have better aftercare for large dogs. There’s alot of them around and if tot choose to not cremate your dog they’ll just wrap them in a plastic bag for you to collect the following day. I’ll never take another animal here. The way my bear was treated was heartless and cold and can’t understand why or how that’s allowed as a process? If he was being cremated where did they dump him then? That’ll never leave me and I would advise if you do have large dogs and think they may pass to avoid this place at all costs. First issue was down to poor communication from myself and insurance about previous health but there’s no excuse for the way bear was treated 🥺don’t want to add any photos because they were appalling but I’ll add the big boy we lost💔❤️‍🩹💔❤️‍🩹

Very welcoming reception staff, very open was worried as my dog a cane corso is very reactive to other dogs. She wants to play, but her size puts other dogs and there owners off. Had to muzzle her for the 1st time ever so she was unhappy about this also. Vet was very friendly and allowed her to check her and her room out, and was very relaxed with her during her check up, and giving her injections. Making this as pleasant as possible for her. Highly recommended
