They sent an automated message to my daughter telling me that my dog was due it's worming tablets, she passed on the message and I called to say I would pick them up, I was told that they would be ready the next day, I walked down to get them but despite a sign saying open on the door they did not answer, I returned the next day and the same happened so I walked home. I called before going a third time and was told to come down. To be fair they called my daughter as I walked down but when I got there I was told I was not due to pick up any tablets as they are issued every three months not two. When I pointed out that September is next week the receptionist counted out three on her fingers and agreed but I would need to come back next week. Don't even get me started on the time I was given a sedation tablet for my dog and information leaflet for a completely different drug. By the way after paying for this tablet the vet still struggled to give a booster jag to a very timid dog, we pay for nail clipping service but as yet we have still to get a vet that is able to hold him long enough to carry this out

I love Valley Vets. Not so happy now they've joined forces with a large conglomerate, but the staff are still as dedicated and welcoming.
