Inglis Veterinary Hospital, located in Dunfermline, is a highly regarded veterinary practice with a strong reputation for quality care, as evidenced by its impressive 4.7-star rating from 602 reviews. This high number of reviews suggests a reliable dataset, indicating consistent customer satisfaction. The clinic is particularly noted for its emergency veterinary services, offering 24/7 or extended hours care, and serves as a veterinary nurse training facility, demonstrating its commitment to education and high standards of veterinary practice.
The customer reviews provide a mixed but predominantly positive picture. Patients appreciate the personalized and compassionate care provided by the staff, with several reviewers highlighting the team's kindness and expertise during stressful times. For instance, Eilidh Bathgate praised Inglis for their emergency care, noting the supportive staff, particularly mentioning team members Daniel and Kerri, who played a crucial role in her dog's recovery from a serious condition. Similarly, Michelle Whyte expressed gratitude for the compassionate support during her dog's end-of-life care, emphasizing the thoughtful gestures, such as receiving a condolence card.
However, not all experiences have been positive. One reviewer, GëmmäDëê, reported a negative interaction, describing the staff as uncaring and unwilling to accommodate financial constraints during a critical health situation. This review stands out in contrast to the overall positive feedback but highlights the importance of transparent communication and financial flexibility.
Overall, Inglis Veterinary Hospital's dedication to quality care and customer service is evident, making it a trusted choice for pet owners in Dunfermline, despite isolated criticisms.

Inglis Vets offer a home visit for pets. This is so helpful for us as one of our cats is very nervous and gets extremely stressed by being in the pet carrier and the journey in the car. We have always had excellent service from Inglis in the last thirty years.

Excellent concern over the health of our dog. Full support & explanations. Advised to return ASAP if condition did not improve& to return in a couple of days to complete the evacuation of the 2nd anal gland which we did. Thank you for your care.

Myself and my partner took our very loved dog Nala to Inglis as an emergency appointment with a suspected pyometra. Nala was very very poorly but we were met with the loveliest team (a very special shout out to Daniel and Kerri) who gave us nothing but kindness. What was a very distressing and upsetting time was made a whole lot easier thanks to their expertise and support. Nala is now back to full health and has loved popping in to see the team at her follow-ups. I really couldn’t recommend Inglis enough and we will continue to sing their praises, thank you so much again for saving our Nala 🐾🤍

I called inglis vets a few weeks ago as my dog was seriously ill.. they were extremely cold on the phone. Very uncaring. I explained I was in a bad situation financially. They said under no circumstances would they offer any type of payment plan or anything to help. The next morning, I switched to the 3 bridges vets. My girl had a life threatening condition called pyometra which kills without surgery..the 3 bridges was amazing.. they even managed to get the price down slightly. Inglis vets are extremely cold and uncaring..all about the money. Would highly recommend the 3 bridges vets to anyone!! My mum is now also switching vets.

Our beautiful dog Bruno has had some health problems over the last year and Inglis Vets have always been amazing and so accommodating. Sadly it was time for Bruno to cross the rainbow bridge last week on 24/04/25. Inglis have been truly incredible during this sad time and Bruno was happy and calm when he passed. We even received a condolences card in the post today with his paw print on the front. What a lovely touch. Thank you for everything you do.
